A mindful experience of deep connection facilitated by the wisdom of the ancient Pu'erh Tea.
Sofia utilises the highest quality Pu'erh Tea sourced from Yunnan from handpicked trees up to 200 years old. She currently has two types of fermented Pu'erh for ceremonies, which have been fermented for 18 - 22 years. These teas retail for between 1000 and 5000 Yuan per 375g (approximately $250 - $1250 AUD for 375g).
The Mingjue Tea Dao Ceremony is available for attendance at the Listening Mind Studio in Blackheath, NSW, Australia.
